Clanton follows World of Outlaws to Illinois; finishes second at FALS

With the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat race pinning him on the seventh row for the feature, Clanton gained two spots to finish 11th.
On Saturday, Clanton stopped at Fairbury Speedway (Fairbury, Ill.) to use the FALS Cup weekly event as a test session for the upcoming Prairie Dirt Classic. After topping the 20-car field in time trials, Clanton raced to a second-place finish in the feature, following Ryan Unzicker across the line with Tommy Sheppard Jr. rounding out the podium.
