Clanton makes trip to Fairbury Speedway for Prairie Dirt Classic
Participating in the FloRacing Night in America show before the weekend, Shane Clanton kicked off the 35th-running of the Prairie Dirt Classic at the famed Fairbury (Ill.) Speedway on Wednesday afternoon.
Clanton grabbed the final transfer spot in his B-Main before he went on to finish 24th in the $20,000-to-win feature. Shane recorded a sixth-place outing in his showdown feature on Friday and just missed the cut-off for Saturday's main event with a fifth-place finish in his last chance showdown.
