Clanton eighth in Hoosier Dirt Classic at Brownstown Speedway
Following the World of Outlaws Case Late Model Series to the Midwest, Shane Clanton unloaded his Skyline Motorsports machine at Brownstown (Ind.) Speedway for the first of two events on the weekend.
Among a strong 42-car field, Clanton nabbed the final transfer spot in his heat race and charged from the 14th starting position to land inside the Top-10 in eighth.
The following night at Fairbury (Ill.) Speedway, Shane was victorious in his Last Chance Showdown which earned him a spot in the A-Main. In the 50-lap FALS Frenzy, Clanton recorded a 17th-place outing.
