Shane Clanton returns to racing with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at All-Tech
After nearly six months away from the racetrack, Shane Clanton made his return to the driver's seat by piloting Ryan Crane's No. 25 machine at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) on Friday afternoon for the $5,000-to-win opener.
With 34 Hunt the Front Super Dirt Late Models on site, Clanton transferred to A-Main through qualifying where he would land inside the Top-10 in ninth.
For Saturday's $15,000-to-win main event, Shane fell backwards in his heat race after slapping the wall which relegated him to a B-Main. Needing a Top-3 finish to make the feature, Clanton recorded a fourth-place finish.
