Shane Clanton competes in Bama Bash at Talladega Short Track
Making his first start behind the wheel since Speedweeks, Shane Clanton joined a massive 50-car field at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) on Friday afternoon for night one of the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series-sanctioned Bama Bash.
After missing the call for his heat race, Clanton did not transfer out of his his last chance qualifier and did not make the $8,000-to-win opener.
With $12,000 up for grabs on Saturday, Shane nabbed the final A-Main spot in his heat race and ran 28th in the 50-lap finale.
